I maintain the rights to my artwork and the right to upload it to social media, etc. Unless so discussed with the commissioner.2)
I have the right to deny a commission for any reason.3)
I urge you NOT to commission me if you have a deadline. Reason being that my own schedule is unpredictable.4)
The commissioner or ANYONE for that matter, is NOT allowed to copy, trace, steal or claim credit for my art as their own.
HOWEVER, the commissioner is allowed to use their commissioned piece as a profile picture, icon, etc given that I am properly credited

Payment is to be made upfront in full unless otherwise discussed with commissioner
THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS
After I have accepted and started your commission, a draft sketch will be sent to you. You are to confirm whether or not the draft is to your liking. If you have an issue with the sketch and wish to have anything changed, you are required to bring it to my attention and only then will I continue the commission.
Throughout the process I will make sure to keep you informed of my progress. If there are any setbacks I’ll make sure and let you know.
You are allowed to request touch ups / tweaks to the final.
